New Epilepsy Service is First in West Michigan

The new Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Saint Mary’s introduces the first and only multidisciplinary and comprehensive Epilepsy program to West Michigan – one of fewer than 30 such units operating nationally. The four-bed unit on 8-South opened on July 17. The four separate rooms are equipped with comfortable amenities, cameras and a state-of-the-art electroencephalogram (EEG).
