Customer Relations

Your experience at Saint Mary's Health Care is very important to us. We are dedicated to providing quality patient care and strive to do everything we can to make your health care experience as comfortable and satisfying as possible.

Our Customer Relations staff is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. You may contact us for assistance before, during or after your health care visit. We welcome and encourage your compliments, comments, concerns and questions. Please be assured that your concerns are our concerns. Your feedback is truly appreciated--it not only helps us take better care of you, but it also helps us improve our services.

It is our sincere aim to meet your health care needs at Saint Mary's. However, if you are not satisfied with our response, you should know that you have the right to file a complaint with the Michigan Department of Community Health Bureau of Health Systems. The web site is www.michigan.gov/bhs; you can call in your complaint at 800-882-6006, or submit your concerns in writing to PO Box 30664 Lansing, MI 48909.

You also may contact The Joint Commission with concerns or complaints about the safety and quality of care. When submitting a complaint to The Joint Commission, you may either provide your name and contact information or submit your complaint anonymously. Providing your name and contact information enables The Joint Commission to inform you about the actions taken in response to your complaint, and also to contact you should additional information be needed.
